This was set up in 1997 in response to public interest in the work we do here.
Our visitors tell us that the highlight of a visit to the Horses Health Farm is to watch the horses swim and enjoy the solarium treatment, which is a rare insight into the equine world.
Our gang of Shetland ponies give children the opportunity to interact and make friends during our hands on sessions.Tea rooms, picnic area, free car park and toilets make this an informative and fun filled family afternoon. Questions from visitors are encouraged– now is the time to ask all those questions you thought about but never had the opportunity!!
The answer to our most frequently asked question is “TWELVE FEET DEEP”!!

As we are a working yard, our public opening times are strictly limited
to ensure that we are able to give you our full attention.
It was nice to meet so many new people over our Easter open days and lots of children took part in our prize draw quiz.

Pony Afternoon for beginners 2.
Wednesday 26th and Thursday 27th July. For those who have already done beginners 1 or have a little more pony experience.
All sessions run from 1pm – 4pm and are supervised on a 4 –1 ratio. If you would like further details please e mail us.
